Digital Product Policy

 

1. Product Delivery
Once your purchase is complete and the payment has been processed, you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your digital files. No physical items will be shipped.

 

2. Product Quality
We provide high-resolution digital files that are carefully designed and tested for quality. You will receive your digital files in PDF format. These files are intended for personal use only.

 

3. File Sizes and Resolution
You will receive a zip file containing two separate PDF files: one in A4 size and one in US Letter size (8.5" x 11") to ensure compatibility with most printers. All files are high-resolution PDFs for crisp, beautiful prints.

 

4. Usage Rights
By purchasing our digital files, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only. The digital files cannot be resold, redistributed, or modified for resale in any form. All rights remain with Enjoy Enjoy.

 

5. Access Period
The link to download your digital files will remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that period, the link will expire, and you may not be able to access the file again.

6. No Refunds
Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and the email with the download link has been sent. Please review all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

 

7. Exceptions
In the rare case that incorrect files are sent to you, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You are required to provide proof (such as screenshots or a detailed description of the issue). Once we receive proof of the incorrect files, we will either send the correct files or, at our discretion, issue a refund if preferred.

 

8. Resending the Download Link
If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your digital files (e.g., if the email was deleted or went to spam), please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will be happy to resend the download link to the email address you used for the purchase.

 

9. Technical Support

If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your digital files, please contact us immediately at hello@enjoy-enjoy.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible within 30 days of your purchase. If you missed the email or encountered any technical difficulties, we can only resend the download link within 30 days from the purchase date to the email address used for the purchase.
