1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the email with the download link has been sent.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchased product, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible within 30 days of the purchase. If you missed the email or encountered any technical difficulties, we can only resend the download link within the 30-day window from the purchase date to the email address you used for the purchase.

3. Exceptions
In the rare case that incorrect files are sent to you, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You are required to provide proof (such as screenshots or a detailed description of the issue). Once we receive proof of the incorrect files, we will either send the correct files or, at our discretion, issue a refund if preferred.
